Changes

There's a feature in RecEnroll that lets you move all your data out for use in another system or your own analytics. It was broken, but works now. Since the files are large, the data gets exported to the RecEnroll server, not your system.
More work on Facilities:
1. Names have been changed. We called things buildings and facilities and that was slightly off, because sometimes the building was a park. Facility seems to work for parks, ball diamonds, and meeting rooms, so that stays. But Buildings are now known as Locations. A Location contains Facilities.
2. You can search the Admin Facilities list by Location.
3. The Facilities Rental Form has gotten a bit of work. Besides fixes, it will now calculate the number of hours a facility is being rented for. It doesn't process over night hour calculations.
