This cardio/strength combination class alternates strength exercises to sculpt every major muscle group and challenge the core with easy to follow cardio step moves designed to increase the heart rate. Hand weights are used to challenge the body and allow you to choose your own intensity. This is the workout you've been looking for!

Class is 45 minutes followed by 15 minutes of Core and Stretch: A great addition to any workout, Core and stretch combines basic Pilates mat exercises with traditional abdominal exercises and whole body stretches to leave you feeling refreshed after a great workout.
