Stroller Strides is the country's largest fitness program for new moms. Classes offer a stroller workout that combines power walking and intervals of body toning using the stroller, the environment, and exercise tubing. It's a great way to get in shape, meet other new moms, and have fun with your baby. In addition to the classes, Stroller Strides offers LUNA Moms Club with fun play group activities and community offerings. Please bring your receipt to the first day of class!
