June 3 - August 20, 2010

Intro:
Each summer since 1983, children ages 5 through 13 from Evergreen and surrounding communities have joined us for adventure, friendship, and fun in the sun! Packed with lots of creative activities, we offer full time care or just an occasional day for a break in your busy summer schedule.

Treat your kiddos to fun filled days of hiking in our beautiful Open Space parks, swimming, boating, recreational sports, arts and crafts, and lots more! Each week on our “Special Event Day” we take campers away from Evergreen to some terrific places. We are located at the Wulf Recreation Center at 5300 S. Olive Road. See you there!

Daily Admission

(Exception: Special Event Day, fees will be an additional $10 to include admission.) A fee of $10 is charged for 1-15 minutes after 6 pm or the noted end time of the program if it is different from 6 pm. Add $10 for 15-30 minutes late. Children authorized to sign themselves out at 6 pm must be picked up no later than 6:30 pm or be charged an extra day. Separate registration is required for specialized classes (Taekwondo, gymnastics, etc.) offered at the Wulf Recreation Center. Classes must be after 3:30 pm on regular days and after 4 pm on event days. Regularly scheduled morning aquatics classes are not available to campers due to conflict with camp activities; however, you may inquire about private or semi-private lessons. Parents must notify camp staff of days, dates, and times of all additional classes.

Forms/Records
Participants will not be registered for camp until all of the forms have been completed and turned into Wulf Recreation Center. Registration is based on a first come first serve basis. Space is limited. Each child enrolled in the Summer Camp and Before and After School Program must have on file the following information:
1. Registration showing the days of attendance
2. Student Emergency & Permission Forms
3. Health Record, including immunization records

Staff/Licensing
1:15 -staff/participant ratio. Special needs counselor/child ratio depends on the needs of the child. Our programs are licensed by the State of Colorado. We offer a safe environment supervised by experienced recreation professionals.

General Information
This program is in operation Monday - Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Each child needs to bring a lunch, snacks and a drink daily, as well as non-scuffing tennis shoes for use in the gym and racquetball courts. Due to planning for a quality program, PAYMENT IS REQUIRED ONE WEEK PRIOR TO YOUR CHILD ATTENDING. Drop-in care may be available for an additional fee based on space availability. Due to staffing and planning no refunds, transfers or credits will be offered. Please notify the Center when a registered child will not be attending. Special Event Days
Join us for a day! Youth 5 - 13 may join our Summer Adventure Program for the “Special Event Days”. Although all medical and emergency & permission forms must be completed, your child need not attend any other camp days. One-week preregistration is required to guarantee a spot. Bring a lunch, snacks and a drink to all events unless notified otherwise.
