Before & After School Program
Our before and after school day care program provides a safe, licensed, nurturing environment for your child, and is affordable and convenient for you! We offer various activities including arts and crafts, gym activities, table games, outside play, and lots more to children ages 5 - 13. Our after school and full day programs provide your hungry kiddos with a snack and beverage. We are available to you five days a week, Mon - Fri, or for those occasional days you might need care. We are located at the Wulf Recreation Center at 5300 S. Olive Road.

District vans and/or buses pick up and deliver students to Wilmot Elementary School. Marshdale Elementary and West Jeff Middle School children can be picked up at Marshdale Elementary for after school only. (Five or more Marshdale students must be enrolled daily in order to provide before school care and 1/2 day Fridays care for Marshdale Elementary). Evergreen Middle School and Bergen Elementary students can arrive via Jefferson County School buses for after care only. Montessori and Rocky Mountain Academy students can arrive for after care as well via the local RTD service.

Forms/Records
Each child enrolled in the Summer Camp and Before and After School Program must have on file the following information:
1. Payment Form showing the days of attendance
2. Emergency & Permission Forms
3. Health Record, including immunization records

New forms must be completed for all children each May, including those currently enrolled in the Before and After Program!

Staff/Licensing
1:15-staff/participant ratio. Special needs counselor/child ratio depends on the needs of the child. Colorado State Day Camp Licensed. Safe environment supervised by experienced recreation professionals.

General Information
This program is in operation Monday - Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Snacks are provided in the afternoon. For full day camps, bring a lunch and drink each day, as well as non-scuffing tennis shoes for use in the gym, and appropriate outdoor clothing. For specific activity information, see calendars and parent check list from the pdf forms below.

PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AT LEAST THE MONDAY OF THE WEEK PRIOR TO YOUR CHILD ATTENDING. WE DO NOT ALLOW “DAY-OF” REGISTRATION/PAYMENT.

NO REFUNDS will be allowed after an absence unless a doctor’s excuse is provided. A $5 processing fee will be charged for all refunds, as well as transferring care from one day to another. Credits are only given with a doctor excused illness or one week notice of cancellation! Credits will be added to your household account, and may be used for any district program(s).
